Payment Policies
To make your experience as seamless as possible, I have outlined my payment policy. I require a deposit of $50 to secure your color appointment, and fees may apply for no-shows, cancellations, or late arrivals. I accept various payment methods, ensuring that you have options that are convenient for you. Please call if you are running late! There will be a $25 late fee charge. I will always accommodate you to the best of my abilities, but your appointment may have to be rescheduled based on time! Thank you for understanding!
Cancellation/ no show Policies
I require at least 24 hours notice for an appointment cancellation, or a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
No call/ No show or day Cancellation of appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment scheduled!
We understand that emergencies happen and exceptions will be made in justified cases but we ask that you try to respect our time and abide by our policies as often as possible for smooth scheduling.
